We’re looking to add an Office Assistant to our team. As the Green Bay branch’s Office Assistant, you will assist the team with the daily clerical & administrative operations that ensure superior customer support.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare consolidated invoicing for select customers.
  • Assist the team with facilitating expedites.
  • Follow up with customers & colleagues regarding purchase orders.
  • Reconcile paperwork as needed.
  • Act as a backup to answer phones & route calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform receptionist duties and maintain office supplies when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:

  • Previous office/administrative support experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office & Teams, including ability to do VLOOKUPs in excel
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required
  • Detail oriented and possesses a high level of productivity and personal organization
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
